Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Titijaya Land Berhad wishes to announce that for the Fourth Quarter ended 30 June 2016, its wholly-owned money lending subsidiary, Titijaya Capital Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Liberty Park Development Sdn. Bhd.) has not extended any loan to or received any loan from any party and there is no outstanding loan from the previous quarters.
