Letter Of Intent Entered Into Between City Meridian Development Sdn. Bhd., A Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Of TLB, And DHL Properties (M) Sdn. Bhd.

We refer to our announcement made on 27 March 2022 in relation to the Letter of Intent ("LOI") entered into between City Meridian Development Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of TLB, and DHL Properties (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“Announcement”), unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

We wish to announce that the Parties had agreed to extend the LOI until 29 April 2022 and shall be subjected for further extension by mutual agreement. All other terms and conditions in the LOI shall remain in full force and effect.
