Letter Of Intent Entered Into Between City Meridian Development Sdn. Bhd., A Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Of TLB, And DHL Properties (M) Sdn. Bhd.

We refer to our announcements made on 27 March 2022 and 13 April 2022 in relation to the Letter of Intent ("LOI") entered into between City Meridian Development Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of TLB, and DHL Properties (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“Said Announcements”).Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the Said Announcements.

The Board of Directors of TLB wishes to announce that the Parties have agreed to extend the LOI until 15 June 2022 and shall be subjected to further extension by mutual agreements from both Parties. All other terms and conditions in the LOI shall remain in full force and effect.
