Memorandum Of Understanding

We refer to our announcements made on 19 January 2022 and 27 May 2022 in relation to the MOU with PDC.  

(Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements made on 19 January 2022 and 27 May 2022 shall apply herein.)

The Company wishes to inform that the MOU has expired on 17 July 2022 in accordance with the terms contained therein and there has been no extension of the terms of the MOU.

As the MOU is non-binding, therefore the expiry of the MOU will not have any material financial impact on the Group.
