On behalf of the Board of Directors of Titijaya ("Board"), UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that the Company has decided to vary the intended development use of the Land to include the development of a DHL logistics commercial complex ("Facility") whereby DHL will subsequently lease the proposed Facility for a period of 10 years.
