The Board of Titijaya wishes to inform that City Meridian Development Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 31 July 2023 signed a Reclamation and Development Agreement with Penang Development Corporation for the reclamation and development of a site located in front of Lot 12174 Mukim 12 Daerah Barat Daya Penang measuring approximately 20.80 acres (“Proposal”).
