Fire Incident

The Company wishes to clarify that a fire broke out at part of the car park on Level 5 at The Shore Kota Kinabalu, which is owned by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Laksana Wawasan Sdn. Bhd., on Tuesday, 29 July 2025.

The fire was brought under control promptly, with no casualties or injuries reported. The incident is expected to have minimal financial impact on the Company.
