The Board of Directors of Titijaya wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the following proposals at the forthcoming Thirteenth Annual General Meeting to be convened:
i. Proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature; and ii. Proposed renewal of authority for the Company to purchase its own shares.(collectively referred as "Proposals") The Circular/Statement containing the relevant information of the Proposals will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
