Mr. Chow Chee Keng (Daniel) brings with him over 32 years of extensive experience across professional accounting firms, public listed companies and private enterprises in Malaysia, predominantly in the construction, property development and information technology sectors. His involvement covers a wide spectrum of disciplines such as financial reporting and taxation, compliance and governance, risk management, investor relations, treasury management and corporate training.
He began his professional journey in 1993 in the taxation department of a mid-size public accounting firm. Over the years, he had held several positions including as an Accountant with MTD Capital Berhad, Group Finance Manager with Dataprep Holdings Berhad, Chief Accountant with Gadang Holdings Berhad, CFO with Protosco Berhad and Executive Director cum CFO of IFCA MSC Berhad.
Prior to accepting this appointment, he served as an advisor to Vern's group of companies. |
