| This timetable is tentative and is subject to changes which may be necessary to facilitate implementation procedures. The application period will remain open until 5.00 PM on 18 November 2013 or for such further period or periods as our Directors, Promoters and Offeror, together with our Principal Adviser and Underwriter, may mutually decide at their absolute discretion. If the date of closing of application for the IPO is extended, the dates of balloting, allotment of the IPO Shares and listing of our issued and paid up capital of RM170,000,000 comprising 340,000,000 ordinary shares of RM0.50 each on the Main Market of Bursa Securities will be extended accordingly. We will publish any extension of the date of closing of application for the IPO in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia newspaper in Malaysia prior to the original closing date of application. |
