1. Details of the Acquisition The Board of Directors of TLB wishes to announce that TLB has on 17 March 2014 acquired the entire equity interest totalling two (2) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Exquisite Acres Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1078020-X), at par from Sumami Binti Kiman and Saharuddin Bin Abdullah respectively.
Exquisite Acres Sdn Bhd is a private company limited by shares incorporated on 20 January 2014 and its principal activity will be investment holding.
2. Interests of the Directors, Major Shareholders and Persons connected with them
None of the Directors or major shareholders of TLB or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Acquisition.
