On behalf of the Board of Directors of Titijaya (“Board”), TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that City Meridian Development Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Titijaya, had on 21 May 2014, entered into a sale and purchase agreement (“SPA”) with Titijaya Group Sdn Bhd for aforesaid Proposed Acquisition. Please refer to the attachment for further details of the Proposed Acquisition.
