We refer to the announcement made by TA Securities Holdings Berhad ("TA Securities") on behalf of the Board of Directors of Titijaya ("Board") on 21 May 2014 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Titijaya has, on the date of this announcement, submitted the valuation report in respect of the Land ("Valuation Report") to Bursa Securities.
The Valuation Report will be made available for inspection at Titijaya's office at N-16-01, Penthouse, Level 16, First Subang, Jalan SS15/4G, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor during normal business hours from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this announcement.
