- CHANGE IN COMPOSITION OF THE NOMINATION COMMITTEE ("NC")

The Board of Directors of TITIJAYA wishes to inform that following the resignation of Tan Sri Dato' Hashim Bin Meon as Chairman of the Company w.e.f 31 July 2014, he also ceased as the Chairman of the NC of TITIJAYA with immediate effect. In replacement thereof, Y. Bhg. Laksamana Tan Sri Dato' Sri Mohd Anwar Bin Hj Mohd Nor (Bersara) has been appointed as the Chairman of the NC with effect from 31 July 2014.


Following the above changes, the new composition of the NC of the Company is as follows:-
