The Board of Directors of  Tititjaya had resolved to recommend a final single-tier dividend of 4.0 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 June 2014, subject to the shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The date of entitlement and date of payment in respect of the aforesaid final single-tier dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
