The Board of Directors of TITIJAYA wishes to inform that following the resignation of Datuk Wan Ahmad Fauzi Bin Hashim @ Wan Husain as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company w.e.f 3 October 2014, he also ceased as the Member of the NC of TITIJAYA with immediate effect. In replacement thereof, Tan Sri Syed Mohd Yusof Bin Tun Syed Nasir has been appointed as the Member of the NC with effect from 3 October 2014.

Following the above changes, the new composition of the NC of the Company is as follows:-
