We refer the announcements in relation to the Proposed Acquisition dated 21 May 2014 and 17 June 2014 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Titijaya ("Board"), TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that CMD had on 19 January 2015, entered into a supplemental agreement with TGSB in respect of the SPA ("Supplemental Agreement").
