The Board of Directors of  Tititjaya had resolved to recommend a final single-tier dividend of 9% of the par value or equivalent to 4.5 sen per ordinary share of RM0.50 for the financial year ended 30 June 2015, subject to the shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
