Pursuant to paragraph 8.23 of Bursa Malaysia Main Market Listing Requirements, Titijaya Land Berhad wishes to announce that for the First Quarter (Financial Year 2016) ended 30 September 2015, its wholly-owned money lending subsidiary, Liberty Park Development Sdn. Bhd. ("LPDSB") has not extended any loan to or received any loan from any party in view that LPDSB had only received the Money Lending Licence under Moneylenders Act 1951 (Act 400) on 19 September 2015.
