Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Titijaya Land Berhad wishes to announce that for the Second Quarter (Financial Year 2016) ended 31 December 2015, its wholly-owned money lending subsidiary, Titijaya Capital Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Liberty Park Development Sdn. Bhd.) has not extended any loan to or received any loan from any party and there is no outstanding loan from the previous quarter.
