Titijaya Land Berhad ("Titijaya") is pleased to announce that at the Fourth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Titijaya held today, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Fourth AGM dated 31 October 2016, were duly passed by the shareholders of Titijaya. The voting in respect of the resolutions was carried out by way of a poll and the results were validated by Securities Services (Holdings) Sdn.
