We refer to the announcements dated 26 August 2016, 20 September 2016, 30 September 2016 and 11 November 2016 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities has on 29 November 2016 submitted an application to Bursa Securities seeking its approval for an extension of time of up to 31 January 2017 to submit the following: (i) draft circular to shareholders for the Proposed Issuance of Consideration Shares, Proposed Share Split, Proposed Free Warrants Issue and Proposed Amendments; and (ii) the application for the Proposed Share Split.
