We refer to the announcements dated 20 September 2016 and 13 January 2017 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board has decided to withdraw the application in relation to the Proposed Share Split and additional listing applications in relation to the Proposed Rights Issue of ICPS and Proposed Issuance of Consideration Shares to update the relevant information in light of the Companies Act 2016, which came into effect on 31 January 2017. The updated applications in relation to the Proposals will be resubmitted to Bursa Securities in due course. This announcement is dated 24 February 2017. |
