We refer to the announcements dated 30 September 2016, 11 November 2016, 16 December 2016, 23 December 2016, 13 January 2017, 24 February 2017 and 20 June 2017 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company, TKSB, LEW and LWY had mutually agreed to extend the Extended Completion Date of the SSAs to 25 September 2017 for the parties to obtain/fulfil conditions precedent pursuant thereto.
