Remarks: All new TLB Shares to be issued arising from the conversion of the ICPS shall not be entitled to any dividends, rights, allotments and/or other distributions, the entitlement date of which is prior to the date of allotment and issuance of the new TLB Shares arising from the conversion of the ICPS.

The last date and time for acceptance and payment of the ICPS as well as the last date and time for excess ICPS application and payment are as above or such later date and time as the Board of Directors of TLB may decide in its absolute discretion and announce not less than two (2) market days before the stipulated date and time.
