ON 30 AUGUST 2017 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE") AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF RM0.165 PER ICPS ("RIGHTS ISSUE OF ICPS").

1)    The Right commence of trading : 5 Sep 2017(Instead of 4 September 2017)
2)    The Date of Despatch of the Prospectus and Provisional Allotment Letter of Offer : 6 Sep 2017(Instead of 5 September 2017)
3)    The last day and time for Acceptance, Renunciation and Payment : 19 Sep 2017(Instead of 18 September 2017)
4)    The Rights cessation quotation : 12 Sep 2017(Instead of 11 September 2017)

Remarks: All new TLB Shares to be issued arising from the conversion of the ICPS shall not be entitled to any dividends, rights, allotments and/or other distributions, the entitlement date of which is prior to the date of allotment and issuance of the new TLB Shares arising from the conversion of the ICPS.

Further to the Company's announcement dated 16 August 2017 and a public holiday on 4 September 2017, the important relevant dates for the Rights Issue of ICPS have been amended as above.
