Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 27 February 2017 in relation to the proposed acquisition of 3,000,000 ordinary shares equivalent to RM3,000,000.00, representing the entire issued share capital of Sri Komakmur Development Sdn. Bhd. for a purchase consideration of RM70,919,000.00.

Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said Announcement in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.

The Board of Directors of Titijaya wishes to announce that Proposed Acquisition was completed on 21 November 2017 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Share Sale Agreement.
