Transactions (Chapter 10 Of Listing Requirements) : Non Related Party Transactions

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 21 March 2018 in relation to the Shares Sale Agreement with BPCSB for the proposed acquisition of 280,000 ordinary shares, representing 70% equity interest in BPDSB for a purchase consideration of RM28,000.00 (“Proposed 70% BPDSB Acquisition”).

(Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those given to them in the initial announcement made on 21 March 2018.)

The Board of Directors of Titijaya wishes to inform that the Proposed 70% BPDSB Acquisition has been completed on 23 April 2018, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Shares Sale Agreement.
