The Board of Directors of Titijaya wishes to announce that Dato' Mohd Ibrahim Bin Mohd Nor has been appointed as a member of the Board Risk Management Committee ("BRMC") with effect from 28 November 2019, to fill the vacant position in the BRMC arising from the retirement of Datuk Nozirah Binti Bahari.

The composition of the BRMC after the change is as follows:-
