On behalf of the Board of Directors of Titijaya, UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that Titijaya proposes to undertake a diversification of the existing principal activities of Titijaya Group to include sales, trading, distribution, production and development of medical and hospital equipment, devices and products, personal protective equipment, and medical related real estate.
