The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Diversification.
We refer to the earlier announcements dated 12 August 2020, 27 January 2021 and 25 February 2021 in relation to the Proposed Diversification.
UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd, on behalf of the Board, wishes to announce that the Company had obtained the approval for the Proposed Diversification from its shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting convened on 25 February 2021. Accordingly, the Proposed Diversification has taken immediate effect following shareholders' approval on 25 February 2021.
