The Board of Directors of Titijaya wishes to announce that Pride Hectares Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 201501025701 (1151024-A)], a 70%-owned indirect subsidiary of Titijaya, had entered into 97 separate Sale and Purchase Agreements ("SPA") with the Bank Negara Malaysia for the proposed acquisition of five (5) storey medium cost two-bedroomed flats, consisting of ninety-seven (97) units of the flats , held under separate strata title situated at Bandar Subang Jaya, Daerah Petaling, Negeri Selangor, for an aggregated purchase price of RM44,500,000.00/-, upon the terms and conditions stipulated in the SPA ("Proposed Acquisition").
